Merris Headwear is the custom hat line of an established Chinese manufacturer. We keep fabric sourcing, cutting, embroidery and sewing in one workshop, so your caps never change hands between quote and delivery.
Who we are
Dongguan Merris Bag Co., Ltd. was founded in 2013 in Liaobu Town, Dongguan — one of China's manufacturing heartlands for soft goods. The company built its reputation making custom bags and soft accessories for brands in North America, Europe and the Middle East. Merris Headwear (hats.merrisbags.com) extends the same factory, the same QC habits and the same buying team to headwear.
You will deal directly with Mike, our headwear sales lead, from the first quotation to the final packing list. There is no agent in the middle and no second factory mark-up.

How we work
Every order starts with a physical sample — never a render. You approve the fabric hand, the fit and the embroidery density before bulk starts. During production we photograph your run at defined checkpoints and send a pre-shipment inspection report before packing. Lead times are quoted realistically: 7–10 days for sampling, 20–35 days for bulk, depending on quantity and decoration.
Inside the factory
Our headwear workshop runs from sampling to finished goods under one roof: a showroom of stocked styles, a sampling room where your design becomes a physical cap, a sewing floor with full embroidery capacity, and a warehouse that ships to 30+ countries.

This site is the headwear-focused storefront of the same company behind merrisbags.com, which handles custom bags — cosmetic bags, totes, backpacks and more. If your brand orders both bags and caps, one team manages both programs and ships them together. For the record: hats and bags are sold through separate websites on purpose, so each one can rank for its own category without competing with the other.
