Private-label dad hats for a university store program
Unstructured dad hats with woven front patches, developed from two flat sketches and a Pantone sheet. Fabric was custom-dyed to match the school's navy; the woven patch went through two rounds of density approval before bulk.
Mesh trucker hats with reflective embroidery for a running event
Custom-colour front panels, 3D puff embroidery and a compressed timeline ahead of event season. We split the order: the event quantity by air, the remainder by sea — one QC report covered both batches.
5-panel caps with printed front artwork for a capsule drop
A five-colour screen-printed front on a low-profile 5-panel. The client's artwork had fine line work, so we adjusted the print mesh and ran a strike-off test before production — zero rejected pieces at inspection.
Embroidered beanies with woven labels for a winter client gift
Cuffed knit beanies with flat embroidery on the front and a woven size label at the hem. Delivery was needed before a mid-December event; we scheduled the knit and embroidery lines back-to-back to hold the date.
